Google Warning: Gmail, Drive, Photos content may be deleted

Google Warning- Gmail, Drive, Photos content may be deleted. One of Google's most popular services is Gmail, Google Drive, and Google Photos. If you are a user of these services, the new warning is for you. Google says that all your content in Gmail, Drive, and Photos may be deleted.

The tech giant warned that users could delete their content if they did not comply with the new rules. New storage policies have been introduced for Gmail, Google Drive (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drawings, Forms and files), and Google Photos services.

Google explains that your content is at risk only if you do not use Gmail, Drive, Photos once in two years or if the storage limit is exceeded for two years.

If Gmail / Drive / Photos has been inactive for two years, Google will delete all your content in the inactive one. The company will delete your Gmail, Drive, or Photos content even if the storage limit has been exceeded for two years. However, it will send multiple warning notifications before deleting the content. Google will start deleting content from July 2023.

WhatsApp is changing their policy

WhatsApp is changing their policy. WhatsApp, an instant messaging platform, is set to change its usage rules next year. WhatsApp's new policy could take effect in February next year, according to WABita Info, a technology website that provides information on changes to WhatsApp.

A screenshot of WhatsApp's Terms and Privacy Policy Updates from WABTA Info is shown. The terms that WhatsApp is showing in it are basically related to the way WhatsApp will collect user information. It focuses on two issues.

One is how WhatsApp will process user information. Another is the policy on how different businesses will add different Facebook services to their stores and manage chats.

If you agree with the policy of Facebook, you have to press ‘Agree’. This will allow you to agree to all the policies for using WhatsApp. WhatsApp can only be used if you agree to all the policies. If no one agrees to the change in WhatsApp, the account can be deleted from WhatsApp settings.

WhatsApp doesn't usually comment on rumors about feature or policy changes. However, WhatsApp authorities told The Independent in the UK that by February 8, 2021, all WhatsApp users must agree to their policy, otherwise the app cannot be used.

A spokesman for WhatsApp said the changes to the platform were mainly about how to conduct business and interact with users, The Independent reported. Last October, WhatsApp gave an advance idea about their change.
